I bumped up the exposure a bit (+1/3) to get some glowy light. Then in PS I used curves a bit more on the centers of the flowers and color balance to put more cyan and yellow into the shot for the retro vibe. The the texture are two separate textured layers I purchased from Nichole Van. I think I did the soft light blending for both at 70% opacity. I think that's all I did.Charhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03851293154388793520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805054219581359150.post-18204048391120682072009-04-14T23:31:00.000-05:002009-04-14T23:31:00.000-05:00very pretty. i keep meaning to ask you. do you use...very pretty. i keep meaning to ask you. do you use Photoshop filters to get those neat effects on your photos that you make look aged or vintage?

i've been trying to find some ways to do different things with my pics. i tried to download a free filter/texture, but it would not work.

what do you do? do you have some tips for me?georgia b.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15482885077943093475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805054219581359150.post-29048432291749901172009-04-14T23:06:00.000-05:002009-04-14T23:06:00.000-05:00Whether or not you had much of a selection you cer...Whether or not you had much of a selection you certainly have some beautiful flowers there and a beautiful arrangement...love the snapdragons:)GailOhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09556665956317683667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805054219581359150.post-87816713710633786732009-04-14T22:35:00.000-05:002009-04-14T22:35:00.000-05:00gorgeous photo.gorgeous photo.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805054219581359150.post-10183615146114670142009-04-14T21:13:00.000-05:002009-04-14T21:13:00.000-05:00it's what I call my studio/den - the treehouse sin...it's what I call my studio/den - the treehouse since I look out over the back ravine - it's like I'm sitting in the trees.Charhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03851293154388793520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805054219581359150.post-36906179482130280202009-04-14T20:56:00.000-05:002009-04-14T20:56:00.000-05:00WHOA....WAIT....you have a treehouse ???WHOA....WAIT....you have a treehouse ???bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11094533582512917616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6805054219581359150.post-70635009026675912342009-04-14T19:44:00.000-05:002009-04-14T19:44:00.000-05:00So pretty, I like the single flowers in the vases ...So pretty, I like the single flowers in the vases like that.
