Great collection of images Char! I think it's amazing what you find in a place you call home when you're in it, walking about. Wonderful contrasts indeed!
Beautiful photographs Char. I really love the angle you took on some of these, the focus by apperture and by point of view. They all have a lot of feeling to them beyond visual appeal.
Wow,.. your shot of the exposed bricks,... and the receding fence tops,... excellent! Very professional quality Char. I keep telling you that you need to publish a book of your work! :)
Beautiful shots and processing. Love your perspective. A great way to capture for history without it being boring. I don't know why but photos look so much better on our blogs than they do on flickr....why is that? Love the head stone and the iron fence!
Gorgeous shots. The color in the fire-escape scene just jumps out. And the bricks and iron fence and stone posts all evoke a melancholy timelessness. You've really got a great eye.
Just stunning pics Char! Creative, real and also a little haunting. I always love your pics. BTW Julie from Ilivehere:SF will be photographing our upcoming wedding. How lucky is that?
