You are so far ahead of us here in Canada. We just got our first snow last week! I have a magnolia tree on our front lawn and when it blooms - usually the first week of May -- we know that spring is right behind it!
ReplyDeletewell, that's good news Char. Spring, like sunshine after the rain, is always welcome.
ReplyDeleteSTUNNING!!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry I've been bad and haven't passed by recently...
SUCH a beautful photo.
Char
Oh, oh! Is it really true? How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIs a Japanese magnolia the same thing as a tulip tree? I know the one and not the other. The bud is beautiful...and it screams SPRING!
ReplyDeleteyou are blessed to have buds...nothing here yet. our March can be fickle...lovely post!
ReplyDeleteLet the lion roar!
ReplyDeletewe are not quite there. soon, but not yet.
ReplyDeleteooh, my neighbor has some of these lovely flowers in her front yard. gorgeous!

If you just took that photo today and you didn't take it in an indoor aboreteum...you must be at least two months ahead of us there!...It has been snowing on and off all day here and I thought of going out to take some pics but it was just too darn cold!
