and you get your tripod and macro lens out....and you're bored. sorry for the seed catelog aspect of some of the shots, just what I fuss about at times. not artistic but they're focused by jiminy! hahahaha
Oooh - the first and sixth one are my favorites! You really nailed the focus on all of them. High-five. So often I see people attempt these shots and they don't turn out half as nice as these.
I did the same thing today....almost....no tripod, no rain, but shots of the tulips I bought at whole foods to cheer me up since it's going to snow this weekend....yes, I said %@*(^& SNOW !!!!
these were wonderful to look at and drool over !!!
Not seed catalog-ish at all! All your photos seem to have a certain something to them...a sheen or a hint of something... Probably just the woman behind the camera letting her own creative essence shine through. : )
ah, the macro lens! my favorite friend, i have discovered! i find the details of creation so very amazing that i can spend hours in the teeny tiny world of the macro!! you did a great job with these! i think they're beautiful, char!
Just passing through from Joanne's blog. What stunning beauty here! I feel your soul come through each photo. Thank you for sharing your gifts with all of us. I'm bookmarking you. Anytime I need lift, I know I'll find one here. Glorious! Blessings to you.
I almost felt as if I had to gasp for breath when the photographs ended. I realized I was holding my breath. These are incredible. Each and every one. This is what I aspire to accomplish some day. I love these photos.
I looked through all my seed catalogs and no, not one of the pictures looked ANYTHING like those photos! If they did, the companies wouldn't be able to keep any of the seeds in stock! Beautiful work, Char!
Lovin' all of them! Especially the ones with the water droplets!
